ORDERING

Your order is very important to us.
Please read the information about how your order is processed so you know what to expect
after you submit a payment transaction.

YOUR ORDER

If you are interested in buying an item, please send us an inquiry giving us all you data. We will send you a quotation within the following 48 hours, including the best shipment method and rate, according to your location.
If you agree with our quotation, you will send you an order confirmation and we will send you the details for the bank transfer.

Payment

At the moment we only work with bank transfers. We request you to send a bank transfer in USD onto our USD bank account. The transfer fees have to be carried by the client and we will confirm the receipt of the money onto our account with an e-mail.

Currency

All prices are quoted in US dollars ($US).

NOTE: Fluctuations in currency rates are constant and unpredictable. Therefore, our quotations have a maximum validity of 30 days

Our Delivery Policy

We make every effort to process and ship your order within 5 business days of receipt and clearance of your payment for all products with availability indicated as "In store now".
In the event that a product order cannot be filled, we reserve the right to communicate with the client to suggest an alternate product or place the chosen item on "backorder" for filling upon availability.

SHIPMENT & HANDLING

We send our products to European and worldwide destinations using options offered by EMS or DHL courier, or cargo.
The choice of the shipment method will depend on the destination, and on the size and weight of the item. To determine the specific charges that apply to your order, please send us all your details.
By purchasing insurance you receive: coverage against loss, theft or damage of your international shipment; proof of posting; secure handling and; a signature on delivery.
The quoted delivery timeframes are a general guide only as customs agencies within the destination country may, on rare occasions, choose to delay individual shipments as a random security measure.
Our products are not known to be subject to any known export restrictions to the majority of countries and cannot assume responsibility for any delay caused by the Customs Authorities in the country of destination.
As an international customer, you may be subject to tariffs or duties levied by the customs authorities in the country to which the goods are destined. Please read Duty & Taxes: International for more detailed information.

DUTY & TAXES

Your order may be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), import duties and/or taxes that are levied once your order reaches its country of destination. This charge, if levied by the country you are shipping to, must be paid by you, the recipient. By submitting an order on this website, you are accepting responsibility for paying these or any additional charges that may be levied once your order has reached your country.
If charges are levied in your country, and if you refuse to pay them, you will be charged for all outgoing and return delivery charges that may be incurred by our Company. When the returned merchandise is received by the Company, we will send you back the money for the merchandise only.
For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office prior to committing to a purchase.
