Accuracy of Our Product Photographs
We endeavors to display detailed photographs that enable our customers to accurately determine the colors, shapes, textures and general character of each item. An accurate detailed description accompanies each product.
PLEASE NOTE: The colors you view on different computer monitors or reproduce from different printers will often be dissimilar due to many factors. Hence, we cannot guarantee that the visual or printed image you have of a product precisely matches the actual product.
We believe that in most cases, the beauty of the product will positively exceed your expectations.
PRODUCT CARE

Our Exchange / Refund Policy
We will exchange or refund purchases (excluding shipping charges) that you are not entirely pleased with. Please contact us at annatosicrafts@gmail.com or on +256 773 420569 within 7 business days of receiving your order to receive a returns no. Please DO NOT return any products before first receiving this number.
To be considered for an exchange or refund, please ensure that products are returned:
- with a copy of the original invoice quoting the allocated returns number;
- including contact information and reason for return;
- via a shipping method that allows insurance and signature on delivery;
- in their original merchantable condition;
- in the original packaging, complete with all components;
- unaltered in any way.
This refund policy does not apply to products that have been damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All shipment and insurance costs are to be paid by you. You assume any risk of lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit.

Damaged Product
All products are carefully packaged to ensure that they arrive at their destination in the best possible condition.

We will contact you with an allocated returns number and address. Please DO NOT return any products before first receiving this number.
