Fetish

Fetish are statues or objects which have magical powers or luck charms. Some fetishes have holes on their head or stomach holding special substances, while others have mirrors which reflects back evils or blind hostile spirits.
Grains, hair, teeth, feathers, beads, finger nails etc are put in the hole and closed with a mirror. During this process magical words are used and sometimes sacrifices are offered to the spirits.
